I want to say that in references there is his profile in an encyclopedia Everything2 which is an encyclopedia like wikipedia which means he is notable and by mistake I don't add I more thing that he was nominated for Padma Shri (which is the forth highest award in India) you can see in this cite so he is notable because his name in an encyclopedia, he was nominated for forth highest award in Inddia and for reliable source see this cite So can you help me for creating wikipedia page for him please see this all references I want to say something if you click first cite it is not available so you can also use archived link

Hello, @Ranbir Raj Kapoor:, welcome to Wikipedia. I saw you were having some trouble with this article, which I am sure is frustrating. If you've been creating multiple accounts to try to get it made, that is not the right way to do it, and will make other editors hostile and suspicious. In this case I think it is best not to try to make this article. Everything2 is not a reliable source, because it is user-edited-- in the same way, Wikipedia is actually not a reliable source! Being nominated (as opposed to winning) for the fourth highest (as opposed to the highest) award is also not much of a claim to notability. Wikipedia's main metric of notability is whether lots of other people have already decided to "take note" of someone and write about them. Usually a good starting place is three different news articles from three different newspapers. Most people are not notable! Creating an article is the hardest task for an editor on Wikipedia, and really not a good place to start out. I'd encourage you to spend some time improving existing articles on topics you are knowledgeable about. There are a lot of "stub" articles that need more material added to them, you can look for one that interests you Category:Stub categories here.
