editPlease do not add inappropriate external links to Wikipedia, as you did to Artificial Intelligence Act. Wikipedia is not a collection of links, nor should it be used for advertising or promotion. Inappropriate links include, but are not limited to, links to personal websites, links to websites with which you are affiliated (whether as a link in article text, or a citation in an article), and links that attract visitors to a website or promote a product. See the external links guideline and spam guideline for further explanations. Because Wikipedia uses the nofollow attribute value, its external links are disregarded by most search engines. If you feel the link should be added to the page, please discuss it on the associated talk page rather than re-adding it. [1] MrOllie (talk) 18:20, 5 December 2022 (UTC)

Managing a conflict of interest
editHello, Rahul8460R. We welcome your contributions, but if you have an external relationship with the people, places or things you have written about on the page Bias, you may have a conflict of interest (COI). Editors with a conflict of interest may be unduly influenced by their connection to the topic. See the conflict of interest guideline and FAQ for organizations for more information. We ask that you:
- avoid editing or creating articles about yourself, your family, friends, colleagues, company, organization, clients, or competitors;
- propose changes on the talk pages of affected articles (you can use the {{request edit}} template);
- disclose your conflict of interest when discussing affected articles (see Wikipedia:Conflict of interest#How to disclose a COI);
- avoid linking to your organization's website in other articles (see Wikipedia:Spam#External link spamming);
- do your best to comply with Wikipedia's content policies.
In addition, you are required by the Wikimedia Foundation's terms of use to disclose your employer, client, and affiliation with respect to any contribution which forms all or part of work for which you receive, or expect to receive, compensation. See Wikipedia:Paid-contribution disclosure.
Also, editing for the purpose of advertising, publicising, or promoting anyone or anything is not permitted. Thank you. — B. L. I. R. 17:44, 6 December 2022 (UTC)
- How can I add reference which is not related to me? Rahul8460R (talk) 17:46, 6 December 2022 (UTC)
- Please see WP:SELFCITE. What you can do is to discuss your proposed edits in the article's talk page. — B. L. I. R. 18:01, 6 December 2022 (UTC)

January 2023
editPlease stop. If you continue to add inappropriate external links to Wikipedia, as you did at Regulation of artificial intelligence, you may be blocked from editing. It is considered spamming and Wikipedia is not a vehicle for advertising or promotion. Because Wikipedia uses nofollow tags, additions of links to Wikipedia will not alter search engine rankings. MrOllie (talk) 03:59, 11 January 2023 (UTC)
- got it. How can I create a author page or organization page on Wikipedia? Rahul8460R (talk) 09:48, 11 January 2023 (UTC)
You may be blocked from editing without further warning the next time you insert a spam link. Persistent spammers may have their websites blacklisted, preventing anyone from linking to them from all Wikimedia sites as well as potentially being penalized by search engines. MrOllie (talk) 17:46, 31 January 2023 (UTC)
- Which spam link sir? Also Can you tell me how can I publish a page? This nyc bias audit page is not available on the internet. Rahul8460R (talk) 17:47, 31 January 2023 (UTC)
- Dear MrOllie
- Thanks for your effort for monitoring the edits. Please guide me how to create pages. There will be no external links from now on. Rahul8460R (talk) 17:54, 31 January 2023 (UTC)
