Hello, I'm Samf4u. I noticed that in this edit to Kelly Corrigan, you removed content without adequately explaining why. In the future, it would be helpful to others if you described your changes to Wikipedia with an edit summary. If this was a mistake, don't worry, the removed content has been restored. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. Samf4u (talk) 21:38, 13 February 2024 (UTC)Reply

Hello, I'm Fanfanboy. I wanted to let you know that I removed one or more external links you added to the main body of Kelly Corrigan. Generally, any relevant external links should be listed in an "External links" section at the end of the article and meet the external links guidelines. Edits at Kelly Corrigan

edit

You've been trying really hard to update Kelly Corrigan's Wikipedia biography, but you keep getting it wrong. When you add material to a Wikipedia article (especially a biography of a living person) you need to provide citations to reliable sources. Not only have you failed to provide such citations, you've broken the citations that existed. When you copy text from the published Wikipedia page into the edit box, you get a result that looks like this:

Transcending, a reading of which became a YouTube sensation.[7]

That "[7]" was originally a properly formatted citation, but in copying it incorrectly, you've lost the citation.

Since you appear to be having trouble getting this right, I would suggest that, rather than continuing to edit the article and have your edits reverted, try asking for help at the the article's talk page. Make a request like "I'd like to add information about Corrigan's podcasting career. Here is the change I'd like to add..." (and then make a specific suggestion). Be prepared to provide links to reliable sources to verify the information you'd like to add or change. WikiDan61ChatMe!ReadMe!! 12:42, 19 February 2024 (UTC)Reply
