New sandbox page for Composition Theory moved to draftspace

edit

An article you recently created, New sandbox page for Composition Theory, is not suitable as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. Thanks, Zai! Is it possible to delete this page entirely? Thank you --Pthomas4 (talk) 15:23, 13 April 2021 (UTC)Reply
No problem! We cannot delete the page ourselves, but we can nominate it for deletion, which it will then be reviewed by an admin, who will delete the page if it's eligible for deletion. Zai (💬📝⚡️) 15:34, 13 April 2021 (UTC)Reply
That's great! Thank you again!! Pthomas4 (talk) 15:35, 13 April 2021 (UTC)Reply

Speedy deletion of Written Communication

edit

The page Written Communication has been speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This was done under section R2 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it was a redirect from the article namespace to a different namespace except the Category, Template, Wikipedia, Help, or Portal namespaces.

Please do not recreate the material without addressing these concerns, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If you think this page should not have been deleted for this reason, you may contact the deleting administrator, or if you have already done so, you may open a discussion at Wikipedia:Deletion Review Liz Read! Thank you for your note! Could you explain what "redirect from article namespace to a different namespace except..." means? I've read through the links but am a little confused. I cannot find the namespace to which the article should have been added. Or, are you referring to the fact that I moved the article (perhaps unsuccessfully) from the article namespace to my sandbox for further editing? Again, thank you for any clarification you can provide! Pthomas4 (talk) 01:36, 10 July 2021 (UTC)Reply
