COI edit request
editThis edit request by an editor with a conflict of interest was declined. User requested account deletion and a company username. |
Please edit my wiki page title to "Confident Group" And please let me know how can I delete a account. — Preceding unsigned comment added by PritiMishra14 (talk • contribs) 04:56, 15 October 2014 (UTC)
- Usernames (accounts) cannot be deleted. It is possible to change your username, but usernames that unambiguously represent the name of a company, group, institution or product are not permitted because they are considered promotional. --82.136.210.153 (talk) 12:41, 16 October 2014 (UTC)

Speedy deletion nomination of ConfidentGroup
editYou may also wish to consider using a Wizard to help you create articles. See the Article Wizard.
Thank you.
A tag has been placed on ConfidentGroup, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seems to be unambiguous advertising that only promotes a company, product, group, service or person and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become an acceptable page. Please read the general criteria for speedy deletion, particularly item G11, as well as the guidelines on spam.
If you can indicate why the subject of this page is not blatant advertising, . Clicking that button will take you to the talk page where you will find a pre-formatted place for you to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. You can also visit the page's talk page directly to give your reasons, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. You are welcome to edit the page to fix this problem, but please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself. As well as removing promotional phrasing, it helps to add factual encyclopaedic information to the page, and add citations from independent reliable sources to ensure that the page will be verifiable. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. Tokyogirl79 (。◕‿◕。) 09:07, 15 October 2014 (UTC)

Speedy deletion nomination of Confident Group
editIf this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
A tag has been placed on Confident Group, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, product, group, service or person and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become encyclopedic. Please read the guidelines on spam and Wikipedia:FAQ/Organizations for more information.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator, or if you have already done so, you can place a request here. editPlease do not remove speedy deletion notices from pages you have created yourself, as you did with Confident Group. If you believe the page should not be deleted, you may contest the deletion by clicking on the button that says: Contest this speedy deletion, which appears inside the speedy deletion notice. This will allow you to make your case on the article's talk page. Administrators will consider your reasoning before deciding what to do with the article. Thank you. —teb728 t c 09:59, 15 October 2014 (UTC)
- Hello PritiMishra14, Wikipedia stands on third party reliable sources. Every part of the encyclopedia should be WP:Verifiable. And unfortunately your article in the current state doesn't pass our policy about company. You can find sources to support claims that will reduce the chances of deletion. See this to know how to add references. On the other hand you admitted on the article's talk page that you have close connection with the company and in the current state it also reads like an advert so I suggest you not to create article you have close relation. See this for more information. And rememeber Wikipedia is not a site for advertisement. The article will be deleted anytime if the problems are not fixed. Try to fix the article or leave it to someone else who can write the article neutrally in future. Thanks for your understanding. Jim Carter 10:11, 15 October 2014 (UTC)
