Grudge edit

Why is it that you Telugu people accuse me of manipulating Andhra-related articles because I'm not a native of Andhra? I'm asking you this because User:Padmalakshmisx accused me of the same through one of his socks. I'll tell you honestly, I have no grudge against Andhra Pradesh or its culture. It is only improperly maintained articles and egoistic users (like Padmalakshmisx) who I cannot tolerate. In N. T. Rama Rao filmography, I removed the "Heroine" column because it is trivial and unacceptable in filmographies; see Portal:Bollywood and check the FL filmographies there. Their "FL" status means that they have been assessed as among "the best lists in Wikipedia". And I don't see any of them having a "Heroine" column. There is no global rule for anything. Hollywood is different. Bollywood is different. European, chinese,... films are different. Tollywood is different. Within Telugu films itself, there is light years difference between shitty films of today and the films of the classic era. You are not a telugu person, so you wouldn't know. So, does that mean every telugu person knows the value of films of classic era (1950-1970)? Obviously No. Since two generations have passed, most of them today wouldn't know. But there are a very few who know stuff. I being one of the people who did research on the classic era. I have watched almost 300 films films of that era. I know that, actress names have no place in filmographies in every movie industry (including telugu industry of today). But its not the same for the classic era. Lead actor, actress, director are most crucial for these movies. Most importantly, the list can be sorted based on the actresses alone. I myself used this page several times to watch movies based on the actress. That information helps in so many ways for all the viewers of this page. That's why, in the research of classic era, we always include actress name. The original source, compiled by Ravikiran, has the actress name in it. I myself have extensive knowledge in this, having read some books on those films. There have been so many Television programs on the number of films of N.T.R with so & so heroines. Without this, people wouldn't know. There are 300 films in the list. I wouldn't have to open each movie page to see 'who the actress is' when its already mentioned in the article.
For a person like you who does edits on most topics on wiki, will obviously have low to no knowledge on a particular. For me, its different, because i know on this topic very well. Again, there is no global rule for everything. The value/importance varies. The very mention of actress in filmographies is useless in bollywood, hollywood, even tollywood of today. But its not the same for Telugu films of classic era AND especially of N.T.R who has done 300 films & out of them, some 100 films carry great value. There are many scholars today researching on his films (including people from the film industry). We did spend a great deal of our time (years) on this. When something carries great importance, it should obviously be included. Leave this stuff to us. Primuszm (talk) 16:36, 30 August 2016 (UTC)Reply
