Blocking threats edit

Firstly, please note that I'm an administrator, which means the only person in our interaction who has any power to do any blocking of the other person is me.

Secondly, we have a standing policy that we do not constantly update election articles with running vote count updates while the count is in progress; we add no "seats won" or "votes received" numbers to the article at all until the numbers are done and dusted, because it is not our job to "be first" with the vote updates. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve.
