User:Pmsouc - Your draft was reviewed by another reviewer, User:Missvain, who declined it with a note about the sources. You can and should communicate directly with Missvain, but I will comment that, in my opinion, you have reference-bombed your draft with a very large number of sources, many of them being low-quality sources. Some of them, such as YouTube, are known to be unreliable. It does not appear that Missvain has provided an opinion that Griffiths is notable or that she is not notable. My advice at this point is either to discuss with User:Missvain or to ask for the opinions of other experienced editors at the Teahouse, but to understand that you will be advised to get rid of the low-quality and unreliable references.
