Please refrain from making unconstructive edits to Wikipedia, as you did at The Lizzie McGuire Movie. Your edits appear to constitute vandalism and have been reverted or removed. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. Administrators have the ability to block users from editing if they repeatedly engage in vandalism. Proposed deletion of Bye Bye (Ariane Andrew song)

edit

The article Bye Bye (Ariane Andrew song) has been proposed for deletion. The proposed deletion notice added to the article should explain why.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. starship.paint ~ ¡Olé! 05:15, 9 March 2015 (UTC)Reply

Hello, I'm Nikthestunned. I noticed that you made an edit concerning content related to a living (or recently deceased) person on Karlie Redd, but you didn't support your changes with a citation to a reliable source, so I removed it. Wikipedia has a very strict policy concerning how we write about living people, so please help us keep such articles accurate and clear. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you! Nikthestunned 10:58, 8 February 2016 (UTC)Reply

This is your only warning; if you violate Wikipedia's biographies of living persons policy by inserting unsourced or poorly sourced defamatory content into an article or any other Wikipedia page again, as you did at Rachel Roy, you may be blocked from editing without further notice.   Hello, I'm NitinMlk. I wanted to let you know that one or more of your recent contributions to Sunny Leone have been undone because they did not appear constructive. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. If you think a mistake was made, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Template:Infobox film instructions and Starring parameter

edit

Re: these edits at Spy (2015 film), and specifically your seemingly exasperated edit summary, "The correct cast. Stop changing this. Nargis had a huge role in movie!!, if you plan to edit any film articles you need to be familiar with Template:Infobox film and MOS:FILM. "Starring" is not interchangeable with "appearing in". "Starring" roles are special credits given to actors who have negotiated for such billing. They're not made up by random editors who happen to like actor X and thinks that actor X played a big part in the film. Per Template:Infobox film instructions:

Insert the names of the actors as they are listed in the billing block of the poster for the film's original theatrical release. If unavailable, use the top-billed actors from the screen credits. Other additions by consensus.

The film's poster credits McCarthy, Statham, Byrne, Hart, Cannavale, Janney and Law in that order. Nargis's name does not appear in the billing block. Thus, Nargis's name does not belong in the Starring parameter or the lead, and both instances have been reverted. Thanks. Cyphoidbomb (talk) 00:07, 27 August 2016 (UTC)Reply

Please do not add commentary or your own personal analysis to Wikipedia articles, as you did to Kapoor & Sons. Doing so violates Wikipedia's neutral point of view policy and breaches the formal tone expected in an encyclopedia. Diffs: [6] It's not our job to gush over a film's perceived critical response. Even if you could directly support the statement that the film received generally positive response (which you did not do), the description of the response as "huge" would be an insult to neutrality. Summaries of critical response must be attributed to specific voices. See MOS:FILM instructions. Cyphoidbomb (talk) 15:15, 28 March 2017 (UTC)Reply

Ugh...

edit

Re: this, not a strong contribution. It's not our place to decide what the overall critical response was to a film, or to drool over article subjects. Not good, this. Cyphoidbomb (talk) 03:13, 1 October 2017 (UTC)Reply
