Articles are not automatically accepted as ready for mainspace in English just because they're translations of articles that already exist on other language Wikipedias; please see WP:OTHERSTUFFEXISTS. So you can't just move the article into mainspace, you have to submit it to the WP:AFC queue for review first. Bearcat (talk) 13:43, 27 February 2023 (UTC)Reply
