Hotelling's law edit

Hello--I'm not sure if I agree with you on "high" importance, but I won't change it back until we go through the next biggish reassessment. As for etiquette--as long as you're making good faith changes and discuss politely when other editors disagree, I think you're fine. The assessment discussion page you posted on we were trying to use for forming general guidelines, rather than specific articles... Anyway, hello! You're fine. Thanks for the help and for properly formatting my comments. Should the comment on level of importance be moved to Talk:Hotelling's law or is there another more proper forum for such a discussion. Your advice is greatly valued. Best, PaperTyler (talk) 15:31, 15 December 2008 (UTC)Reply
The discussion of importance could be there on the Talk:Hotelling's law page, that's probably simplest. Alternatively, you could bring such a thing to WikiProject Economics talk. Honestly, the way things would usually go is: (1) You change it, with little comment (some mention on edit summary line is good, but nothing extra needed on talk page), (2) If/when anyone objects, they might revert, (3) then you discuss.
You might want to join WikiProject Economics. You can do so by following instructions here. I like the userbox approach myself, just put {{User WikiProject Economics}} on your user page. Above is links for more general wiki help. CRETOG8(t/c) 19:40, 15 December 2008 (UTC)Reply
