Contested deletion

edit

This page should not be speedily deleted because... there is no existing page for Samaresh Basu's short story 'Adab' and there is little to no information about the story available on the internet. Every information available has been cited in the page to provide credibility of the edit. It is important for a page to exist for the short story with details regarding it's publication and plot. --Pal Arpita (talk) 13:33, 14 October 2022 (UTC)Reply

This is not the place to contest a speedy deletion, you must do so on the article talk page.
As for the availability of sources, note that these don't have to be online, as long as they are reliable and published, and otherwise meet the WP:GNG criteria. -- DoubleGrazing (talk) 13:42, 14 October 2022 (UTC)Reply
It is nominated for deletion because it violates user page policies. If you would like to work on an article about this subject, I recommend starting a draft at Articles for Creation and then submitting it for review. Best,
Good point. I thought this was about the sandbox draft. --DoubleGrazing (talk) 13:48, 14 October 2022 (UTC)Reply
