Hello, I'm GiantSnowman. I noticed that you made a change to an article, Christian Cueva, but you didn't provide a reliable source. I've removed it for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so! If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. GiantSnowman 10:20, 17 November 2012 (UTC)Reply

Please do not add or change content, as you did to Howard Newton, without verifying it by citing reliable sources. Please review the guidelines at Wikipedia:Citing sources and take this opportunity to add references to the article. Thank you. GiantSnowman 08:52, 19 November 2012 (UTC)Reply
Please stop adding unsourced content, as you did to José Ariel Núñez. This contravenes Wikipedia's policy on verifiability. If you continue to do so, you may be blocked from editing Wikipedia. GiantSnowman 17:14, 26 November 2012 (UTC)Reply

Footballer infoboxes

edit

Hello. On the English Wikipedia, the club stats in the infobox are for games and goals in the domestic league ONLY. Not cups, not confederation competitions. That's why I undid your edits to Cristian Riveros. Also, if a player joins a club on loan, and then joins them permanently, like Riveros did with Kayserispor, the infobox records the loan stats separate from the permanent stats. cheers, Struway2 (talk) 14:20, 17 December 2012 (UTC)Reply

Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to vandalize pages by deliberately introducing incorrect information, you may be blocked from editing.

Please understand that numbers in infobox are for regular season LEAGUE MATCHES ONLY. Please STOP changing the stats to include all matches. Thank you. Struway2 (talk) 10:41, 19 December 2012 (UTC)Reply

When you change a footballer's stats, please add a link to where you found the info. Then people can be sure you've got it correct. Thank you. Struway2 (talk) 12:11, 19 December 2012 (UTC)Reply

Proposed deletion of Junior Alonso

edit

The article Junior Alonso has been proposed for deletion because it appears to have no references. Under Wikipedia policy, this newly created biography of a living person will be deleted unless it has at least one reference to a reliable source that directly supports material in the article.

If you created the article, please don't be offended. Instead, consider improving the article. For help on inserting references, see Referencing for beginners, or ask at the help desk. Once you have provided at least one reliable source, you may remove the {{prod blp}} tag. Please do not remove the tag unless the article is sourced. If you cannot provide such a source within ten days, the article may be deleted, but you can request that it be undeleted when you are ready to add one. -- Patchy1 06:49, 10 January 2013 (UTC)Reply

Speedy deletion nomination of Tiago Casasola

edit

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Tiago Casasola, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G4 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be a repost of material that was previously deleted following a deletion debate, such as at articles for deletion. Under the specified criteria, where an article has substantially identical content to that of an article deleted after debate, and any changes in the content do not address the reasons for which the material was previously deleted, it may be deleted at any time.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator, or if you have already done so, you can place a request here. Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. edit

Hi, I'm Boleyn. Pabritos7, thanks for creating Marino Arzamendia!

I've just tagged the page, using our page curation tools, as having some issues to fix. Can you please WP:INLINECITE the sources? All biographies of living people need the references inline. This makes it really clear which bits (hopefully all!) of any article are verified by references, and makes it easier for readers to use for research and other editors to edit.

The tags can be removed by you or another editor once the issues they mention are addressed. If you have questions, you can leave a comment on my talk page. Or, for more editing help, talk to the volunteers at the Teahouse.

An article you recently created, Matías Espinoza, does not have enough sources and citations as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. Hello, Pabritos7. It has been over six months since you last edited the Articles for Creation submission or Draft page you started, "Matías Espinoza".

In accordance with our policy that Wikipedia is not for the indefinite hosting of material deemed unsuitable for the encyclopedia mainspace, the draft has been nominated for deletion. If you plan on working on it further, or editing it to address the issues raised if it was declined, simply edit the submission and remove the {{db-afc}}, {{db-draft}}, or {{db-g13}} code.

Mariano Pesoa moved to draftspace

edit

An article you recently created, Mariano Pesoa, does not have enough sources and citations as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. June 2020

Hello, I'm Robby.is.on. I noticed that you added or changed content in an article, Gerónimo Ovelar, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so. You can have a look at the tutorial on citing sources. If you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. Robby.is.on (talk) 14:45, 28 June 2020 (UTC)Reply

ArbCom 2020 Elections voter message

edit
Hello! Voting in the 2020 Arbitration Committee elections is now open until 23:59 (UTC) on Monday, 7 December 2020. All eligible users are allowed to vote. Users with alternate accounts may only vote once.

The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.

If you wish to participate in the 2020 election, please review the candidates and submit your choices on the voting page. If you no longer wish to receive these messages, you may add {{NoACEMM}} to your user talk page. MediaWiki message delivery (talk) 02:32, 24 November 2020 (UTC)Reply
