Copying licensed material requires attribution edit

Hi. I see in a recent addition to Sendai virus you included material from a webpage that is available under a Creative Commons Licence. That's okay, but you have to give attribution so that our readers are made aware that you copied the prose rather than wrote it yourself. I've added the attribution for this particular instance. Please make sure that you follow this licensing requirement when copying from compatibly-licensed material in the future. — Diannaa 🍁 (talk) 13:03, 9 August 2019 (UTC)Reply

Disambiguation link notification for August 25 edit

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Sendai virus, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Conformation (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)

Your submission at Articles for creation: sandbox (July 20) edit

Your recent article submission has been rejected. If you have further questions, you can ask at the Articles for creation help desk or use Wikipedia's real-time chat help. The reason left by Bonadea was: This topic is not sufficiently notable for inclusion in Wikipedia. The comment the reviewer left was: Individual research studies are not considered notable unless there is a considerable body of independent secondary sources discussing the study.

Dear bonadea, You did not understand me. I'm not trying to create an article per se. I would like to improve this subsection in already written article by replacing press releases with science-based information. However, I am a co-author of a scientific study, so due to a conflict of interest, I cannot write the text myself. I completely agree with your statement that Individual research studies are not considered notable unless there is a considerable body of independent secondary sources discussing the study. However, I believe that there are exceptional cases in which primary sources can also be helpful. The information vacuum surrounding even one COVID-19 vaccine can create rumor and superstition. It is good to have a reliable secondary source of information, but until that secondary source emerges, it is better to have three primary sources from scientific studies than one, instead of press releases and information from preprints or complete silence. Due to the high importance of the topic, a few citations to primary sources of peer-reviewed articles can be useful they can help build a bridge to more reliable information in the future. I understand, and would like to commend you for being open about your conflict of interest and for respecting Wikipedia's policies for COI editing. To suggest a new section or a revision of an existing section in an article, you should use that article's talk page; the draft process and reviews only deal with drafts of standalone articles. --bonadea contributions talk 18:24, 21 July 2022 (UTC)Reply
Thank you very much for clarification.
