Ago Gratias!

Salve, NeoJustin!
Thanks for updating the page Wikipedia:List of Wikipedians by number of recent edits. What date are the new data from so I can update the date on the page itself? Thanks for your help. Ave! PedanticallySpeaking 19:27, Nov 19, 2004 (UTC)

Economy of Europe

Hi, I noticed you'd earlier supported this new article's nomination for Collaboration of the Week. It has been re-nominated, having been worked on a little and has gained backers. Simply add your support here. Obviously such a big project needs as many users with relevant knowledge as possible, so hopefully this will promote it a little. Thanks, Grunners 00:37, 21 Nov 2004 (UTC)

Manhattan Project

Hi, do you have a rigorous reason for thinking that the initial funding of Columbia for the first project of atomic energy was $6 million and not $6 thousand? I can't find a source on hand at the moment but I'm curious why you think this is the case. -Fastfission 04:39, 3 Dec 2004 (UTC)

Looking for help on a major wiki project

Hey :) I was wondering if you'd be interesting in helping out with www.Knowmore.org, a corporation search wiki we're trying to get off the ground. We could DEFINATELY use some people that know how to make a wiki community great & the site is almost a blank slate at this point. It's been heavily customized and is designed to help responsible consumers enter any product or company name and immediatly find information about that co. (the main focus of the wiki is corporate & political information in a much more specialized way then wikipedia currently offers) Let me know if you're interested! aim: knowmoreorg or bernard@knowmore.org

Elwood Buchanan

Hi. You recently voted to delete the Elwood Buchanan article. I've since done quite a bit of work on it and wondered if you might like to give it another look. Thanks. Perodicticus 18:18, 29 December 2005 (UTC)

Erge?

I just realized that you added Erge in the Basque mythology article, as a minor character. I must say I have never heard of it and, in first sight, I thought of vandalism. Where did you get that information from?

Erge, etc.

I didn't vote about your blocking: I just tried to add a comment to the discussion page and it did not appear. I don't know what happened.

I have seen the source of Erge. It's nice to know that it has source. --

Invitation to Meetup/Seattle6, a focus group

Hello. I'm part of a research group at the University of Washington (Seattle campus), and my group is reaching out to Wikipedians in the Puget Sound area. We're hosting a focus group designed to gather information on what Wikipedians would like to know about each other when interacting on Wikipedia. Our end goal is to create an embedded application that helps people quickly know more about others' history and activity on Wikipedia, and we feel our design will be much more useful if it's based on insights of users like you.

I'm hoping that the chance to help out local researchers, to engage in lively face-to-face discussion with other Seattle Wikipedians, and to contribute to Wikipedia in a new way will entice you to join us. The session lasts 2 hours and snacks are provided. Sessions will be held on UW Seattle campus - directions will be sent after registration. Your contribution will be greatly appreciated!

Willing and able to help us out? RSVP here. Want to know more? Visit our user talk page . Please help us contact other local Wikipedians, too! —Preceding unsigned comment added by Commprac01 (talkcontribs) 03:49, 16 March 2009 (UTC)

Bormanico

I've suggested that a page you created long ago, on a Lusitanian deity Bormanico, be merged with that of the Celtic god Borvo. Do you have any comment?

Also that purple box was weirding everything out and stopping people signing stuff, so I took it away, if that's okay. The Basque/Erge comments were by a user called Sugaar (talk). Paul S (talk) 20:18, 3 April 2009 (UTC)

NEW CATEGORY PAGE

Hello Washington-user!! What do you think of this category?
Either on a scale of 1-10 or with commentary.

Fox News

While I understand your point that listing Fox News in the "right-wing politics" category can be interpreted as a political statement, I don't think it's blatantly absurd. The article does have a lot of relevance to that topic. I agree with your reversion of this edit, but unless there has been an ongoing pattern of such category-adding I don't agree with your description of the edit as "vandalism". Assume good faith. Rollback

Hi NeoJustin. Per your request I've added rollback to your account. Please review the guide page as linked and ask if you have any questions. Happy editing! Pedro :  Chat  21:40, 8 September 2009 (UTC)

Apologes

Sorry for the revert and warn. I'm trying out a new anti-vandalism tool called Igloo and it apparently can't tell if you are beaten to a revert, and therefore abort the action. Regards, Javért  |  Talk 23:49, 8 September 2009 (UTC)

That's ok. You made me a little nervous though since I'm using "huggle" for the first time and I thought I had made a mistake. NeoJustin (talk) 23:51, 8 September 2009 (UTC)
I'm quite sorry, your revert/warn was spot on. :) Regards, Javért  |  Talk 23:54, 8 September 2009 (UTC)

Australopithecus africanus

You reverted a spelling correction on the Australopithecus africanus page.

http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Australopithecus_africanus&diff=312745416&oldid=312745387

Why?

188.46.183.247 (talk) 13:01, 9 September 2009 (UTC)

Sorry. I was looking at the name of the image which was "Image:Austrolopithecus africanus" and not the title of the article. Thank you for catching my mistake and I have fixed the error. NeoJustin (talk) 17:11, 9 September 2009 (UTC)
