Hi Nawlin, I see the page was immediately deleted :s but I do not feel the article acts as promotion as suggested? I can remove the website links, but they were only included as the bio template I used promoted the use of external links... Please suggest what needs to be removed? - The whole tone of the article is that of a hagiography. "The reverend father, as a good teacher, put Fayez to the test. He thumbed through the texts and asked questions of the young man. So impressed was he by Fayez’s answer that he offered him a Fullbright scholarship." Please read WP:NPOV. - The only sources cited in the article were a blog and the artist's own pages. That doesn't satisfy WP:V. Also, as you can see from the title (as well as the copy of the deleted article), the article was written as a promotional piece (see WP:SPAM) rather than in neutral language per WP:NPOV. - No, the idea behind Wikipedia is not for people to create articles about ideas or things they made up, see WP:MADEUP. Wikipedia is an encyclopedia, which means it compiles information that's already been reported by other reliable, independent sources, see WP:V. NawlinWiki (talk) 02:44, 4 April 2013 (UTC)

The Conor Butler page might not be notable (note I said might), but the Remy Hii page was, SBS is a national broadcast network, it broadcasts across Australia. Remy Hii is playing the lead in a television series broadcast on SBS and I cited it. The Maple Sugar Festival is organized by the Muséoparc Vanier Museopark. This is a museum in Ottawa. I started the page for it the other day, and now I noticed that has been deleted too! I had a good start going on that page. It is absolutely notable!! It is featured in several other places on wiki! Look up the page for Vanier, Ontario.

- I think it's pretty evident that Nawlin is in fact perfectly familiar with RevDel, but NW, I am mildly curious (after spotting the deletion and restoration of Cat Creek, Montana) - why the RevDel in some cases and the G6 deletion/restoration in others? - G6 only works well when the page doesn't have a large number of edits. I use it on pages with relatively low edit counts to eliminate the "tagging" that seems to be what motivates a lot of these vandals. NawlinWiki (talk) 12:58, 16 April 2013 (UTC)
Do you think you could not RevDel Cat Creek-related additions? I use past successful edits as a basis for editing Special:AbuseFilter/58, and edits can't be tested when RevDel'd. Hi, I wanted to create a page for Xhibit Corp. It looks like it has plenty of notability, based on its web presence. They're important because of the new kind of marketing media they're generating. Chicken Cock Whiskey
I'm confused as to why the page has been deleted. The whiskey mentioned in Duke Ellington's book and on the referenced menu is the same as today's Chicken Cock Whiskey. The brand disappeared after Prohibition and was relaunched earlier this year with a more modern look and flavors. Can you please clarify so I can get this page posted ASAP? Thank you!

"TV Series" socks
I have taken three users you tagged out of Category:Suspected Wikipedia sockpuppets of The Deadly TV series, because they don't have his standard cast of characters, and his associated IPs are all in the north of England.
Mega Guardian (TV Series) (talk · contribs) and Mega Delta (TV Series) (talk · contribs) are evidently the same, with names in common and associated IPs in Tampa. I have filed Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/Mega Guardian (TV Series) as a base in case more appear.
Heavy Duty (TV Series) (talk · contribs) is different again, another set of names, and his IPs are in New Jersey. Unlike the others, it seems from searches that "Heavy Duty" actually exists or existed as a series, though only on Youtube. I'll leave you to decide what to do about this account.
