  Hello, I'm Jessicapierce. I noticed that you added or changed content in an article, Nagendra Babu, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so. If you need guidance on referencing, please see the referencing for beginners tutorial, or if you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you.   Welcome to Wikipedia, and thank you for your contributions. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, please note that there is a Manual of Style that should be followed to maintain a consistent, encyclopedic appearance. Deviating from this style disturbs uniformity among articles and may cause readability or accessibility problems. Please take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Thank you. Jessicapierce (talk) 21:34, 16 November 2018 (UTC)Reply

Image without license

edit

Thanks for uploading File:Kotamreddy Sridhar Reddy, MLA of Nellore Rural, 2018.jpg. The image has been identified as not specifying the copyright status of the image, which is required by Wikipedia's policy on images. Even if you created the image yourself, you still need to release it so Wikipedia can use it. If you don't indicate the copyright status of the image on the image's description page, using an appropriate copyright tag, it may be deleted some time after the next seven days. If you made this image yourself, you can use copyright tags like {{PD-self}} (to release all rights), {{self|CC-by-sa-3.0|GFDL}} (to require that you be credited), or any tag here - just go to the image, click edit, and add one of those. If you have uploaded other images, please verify that you have provided copyright information for them as well.

For more information on using images, see the following pages:

This is an automated notice by MifterBot. For assistance on the image use policy, see Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. NOTE: Once you correct this, please remove the tag from the image's page. --MifterBot (TalkContribsOwner) 10:46, 24 November 2018 (UTC)Reply

File permission problem with File:Kotamreddy Sridhar reddy at Assembly.jpg

edit

Thanks for uploading File:Kotamreddy Sridhar reddy at Assembly.jpg. I noticed that while you provided a valid copyright licensing tag, there is no proof that the creator of the file has agreed to release it under the given license.

If you are the copyright holder for this media entirely yourself but have previously published it elsewhere (especially online), please either

  • make a note permitting reuse under the CC-BY-SA or another acceptable free license (see this list) at the site of the original publication; or
  • Send an email from an address associated with the original publication to permissions-en@wikimedia.org, stating your ownership of the material and your intention to publish it under a free license. You can find a sample permission letter here. If you take this step, add {{OTRS pending}} to the file description page to prevent premature deletion.

If you did not create it entirely yourself, please ask the person who created the file to take one of the two steps listed above, or if the owner of the file has already given their permission to you via email, please forward that email to permissions-en@wikimedia.org.

If you believe the media meets the criteria at Wikipedia:Non-free content, use a tag such as {{non-free fair use}} or one of the other tags listed at Wikipedia:File copyright tags#Fair use, and add a rationale justifying the file's use on the article or articles where it is included. See Wikipedia:File copyright tags for the full list of copyright tags that you can use.

If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have provided evidence that their copyright owners have agreed to license their works under the tags you supplied, too. You can find a list of files you have created in your upload log. Files lacking evidence of permission may be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described in section F11 of the criteria for speedy deletion. You may wish to read Wikipedia's image use policy. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Ronhjones  (Talk) 18:45, 24 November 2018 (UTC)Reply

Managing a conflict of interest

edit

  Hello, MounikaPrasad. We welcome your contributions, but if you have an external relationship with the people, places or things you have written about in the page Kotamreddy Sridhar Reddy, you may have a conflict of interest (COI). Editors with a conflict of interest may be unduly influenced by their connection to the topic. See the conflict of interest guideline and FAQ for organizations for more information. We ask that you:

  • avoid editing or creating articles about yourself, your family, friends, company, organization or competitors;
  • propose changes on the talk pages of affected articles (see the {{request edit}} template);
  • disclose your conflict of interest when discussing affected articles (see WP:DISCLOSE);
  • avoid linking to your organization's website in other articles (see WP:SPAM);
  • do your best to comply with Wikipedia's content policies.

In addition, you must disclose your employer, client, and affiliation with respect to any contribution which forms all or part of work for which you receive, or expect to receive, compensation (see WP:PAID).

Also please note that editing for the purpose of advertising, publicising, or promoting anyone or anything is not permitted. Thank you. HickoryOughtShirt?4 (talk) 05:06, 4 December 2018 (UTC)Reply

All the content you have been adding is unsourced and promotional. A perfect example is this sentence "He opposed Gunmen which shows he is bold and spend every rupee for the development of people." There is no source for this and the analysis of this opposition is original research. If you have a personal or financial relationship with Reddy you must disclose it. HickoryOughtShirt?4 (talk) 05:08, 4 December 2018 (UTC)Reply
You need to stop adding unsourced promotional content and must disclose any conflict of interest you have. As well, if you are also using Unknownvisual to re-add this content (which is quite obvious you are) either through off Wiki collaboration or making a second account this is not allowed and you may get blocked. Unsourced content

edit

Can you please stop adding unsourced content. You come off a block and you go right back to adding unsourced content. The reference you use in this edit does not back up your claims. It literally takes the reader to every news article that mentions him. You need a specific article that specifically says this. HickoryOughtShirt?4 (talk) 04:44, 7 December 2018 (UTC)Reply

Hello again. I am once again raising concerns about your additions of unsourced content. Please stop adding unsourced content and content that violates our WP:NPOV and Wikipedia:No original research policies. For example, you have repeatedly added the lines "*He opposed Gunmen which shows he is bold and spend every rupee for the development of people" which is not okay. As I stated before even with a source it contains original research and is worded from a followers point of view. As well, you cannot just add any reference and say it is in the source. Nowhere in this reference does it back up what you added in early life, so don't add it. If this continues I am going to have to take this to WP:ANI because every biography of a living person needs verifiable content and you are unwilling to communicate unless you are blocked. Please respond to the issues raised here and read Wikipedia:Communication is required. HickoryOughtShirt?4 (talk) 03:19, 11 December 2018 (UTC)Reply

Speedy deletion nomination of File:Nellore MLA Rural ,Kotamreddy Sridhar Reddy.png

edit

A tag has been placed on File:Nellore MLA Rural ,Kotamreddy Sridhar Reddy.png requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section F9 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the file appears to be a blatant copyright infringement. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images taken from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.

If the image belongs to you, and you want to allow Wikipedia to use it — which means allowing other people to use it for any reason — then you must verify that externally by one of the processes explained at Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials. The same holds if you are not the owner but have their permission. If you are not the owner and do not have permission, see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission for how you may obtain it. You might want to look at Wikipedia's copyright policy for more details, or ask a question here.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines.
