The reasons left by Sulfurboy were: This topic is not sufficiently notable for inclusion in Wikipedia. This submission is contrary to the purpose of Wikipedia. The comment the reviewer left was: Continuing to submit the article without making good faith efforts to improve it is not tolerated. This subject likely isn't notable and the article would likely have to be wholly re-written even if they were. For those reasons, this AfC is rejected.
