Question for administrator edit

{{admin help}} How can I be an administrator?.

--Mimitica (talk) 18:24, 14 February 2012 (UTC)Reply

Please read this section of our admin policy. --Chris (talk) 19:20, 14 February 2012 (UTC)Reply
(edit conflict × 2) You do not need to be an admin to contribute to the project—very few editors are administrators. Take a look at Wikipedia:Getting started to find some tasks you can do. Cheers! Reaper Eternal (talk) 19:22, 14 February 2012 (UTC)Reply
(edit conflict):See Wikipedia:Guide to requests for adminship. Generally, to be an admin needs a good deal of previous experience on Wikipedia. The average number of previous edits that recent successful applicants had made has been over 15,000. As general advice, I would say that being an admin is not something you get by aiming as it as a target: if you join in and help build the encyclopedia (and there are many different ways of doing that) then you may find that in time people start to suggest that you should think about it. I will leave a Welcome message below with some links to tel you more. JohnCD (talk) 19:26, 14 February 2012 (UTC)Reply

If the page is deleted, you can contact one of these administrators to request that the administrator userfy the page or email a copy to you. andy (talk) 16:18, 15 February 2012 (UTC)Reply

How to become an admin edit

Hi Mimitica. I see you're keen on becoming an administrator. It's actually a lot easier to become an admin on WP than it is on most internet fora, but it does still require some dedication to the project. You've been here 1 day or so and have about half a dozen edits. To be an admin, you'll need to demonstrate that you can be trusted by the community, and to check that, you'll need a good few thousand edits (average is about 10,000 - but it's happened with 3000) and been here at least 6 months, more likely a year. Do you think you're up for that sort of challenge? For the time being, try working on some articles! That'd be a great start. WormTT · (talk) 16:26, 15 February 2012 (UTC)Reply

Request reason:

I am not Licusoara`s sock puppet

Decline reason:

The SPI outcome (see below), with CheckUser evidence, looks pretty convincing. -- Boing! said Zebedee (talk) 08:10, 14 August 2012 (UTC)Reply

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.
