DYK for Dallas Equal Suffrage Association

On 1 June 2016, Did you know was updated with a fact from the article Dallas Equal Suffrage Association, which you recently created, substantially expanded, or brought to good article status. The fact was ... that on "Traveling Salesman Day" at the 1915 Texas State Fair, the Dallas Equal Suffrage Association convinced visiting salesmen to wear badges proclaiming "Votes for Women"? The nomination discussion and review may be seen at Template:Did you know nominations/Dallas Equal Suffrage Association. You are welcome to check how many page hits the article got while on the front page (here's how, Dallas Equal Suffrage Association), and it may be added to the statistics page if the total is over 5,000. Finally, if you know of an interesting fact from another recently created article, then please feel free to suggest it on the Did you know talk page.

I love your coverage of WikiProject Video Games in this week's edition of "The Signpost". Good job! And I'm looking forward to reading your next article. :) --Rosiestep (talk) 23:03, 5 June 2016 (UTC)

Thanks Rosiestep! I wanted to find an inclusive image... and now I also want to find and play that game! LOL. Megalibrarygirl (talk) 23:07, 5 June 2016 (UTC)

question

Hi! I'm really new to making pages. I'm running the Women in Antarctic Science wikibomb and am busy making pages today (sorry if I am making lots of mistakes!). I'm keen to know how I go about using a reference like these ones below. I am not sure how to add in multiple authors..... Bell, R. E. & J. Laird, Women, Work and the Academy, EOS, 86(30) Paper No. 2005ES001073, 2005

Thanks! Janstrugnell (talk) 04:19, 4 June 2016 (UTC)

Hi Janstrugnell! Which page are you working on? It'll be easier to show you how if I mark it up for you on the page. And don't worry about making mistakes! It's all part of the game. We're here to help. :) Megalibrarygirl (talk) 18:07, 4 June 2016 (UTC)
Thanks for this and thanks for being so kind. I think I've figured this out now. I've just uploaded 14 pages about Antarctic female researchers. I'll see how they go in the review process and if they go okay then I'll try to upload some more! — Preceding unsigned comment added by Janstrugnell (talkcontribs) 09:18, 6 June 2016 (UTC)
