If you believe that the two accounts are related, please prove it with diffs (see this link) for help with that. If you are sure beyond a reasonable doubt about that account being a sock, then go to WP:SPI to file a report stating your case. FYI

You should know that accusing people of sock puppetry without solid evidence (and especially dragging them to ANI for it) is a violation of Wikipedia's civility policy. If you feel you have enough evidence to make a case, then WP:SPI is the place you should go. If not, then, relax, assume they are just here to edit like you, and then try to resolve your differences on a talk page with a civilized discussion. As for FYROM, if you look on the talk page header, you will see that the name for that country has a binding consensus and that it falls under arbitration enforcement (so trade carefully). This is about you, and you alone. I tried to warn you earlier (just above), but you ignored me. You were also clearly warned about the edit warring policy here, again just above, a short while ago, and you ignored that as well. You cannot revert the same page more than 3 times in 24 hours (or less if there are sanctions). Instead of trying to resolve the issue on the talk page, like I clearly advised used you to do, you reverted the same page 10 times in a matter of hours! Yes, you are guilty and you have no one to blame but yourself. You need to learn and follow the rules here, or you could end up blocked indefinitely. As it is now, you might be facing a short term block for edit warring. You should go to the report about you on the WP:3RRNB page, explain that you will try to work cooperatively with others and will not edit war again. That would be the wisest course of action right now. - ^theWOLFchild 08:52, 3 August 2018 (UTC)
