Reliable sources

Please have a look at WP:RS and WP:HISTRS: for history-related articles, the acceptable sources are modern scholarly articles / books, not government renaming of a road or outdated writings of British civil servants. Also, Wikipedia is not a place to promote your caste: your personal website / blog is a better option for that purpose.
