HOW TO CHANGE THE TITLE OF WIKIPEDIA Mariam uz Zamani Jodha Begum (talk) 04:55, 22 September 2018 (UTC)Reply

Changing the title of a page is accomplished by moving the page. Your account is new, so you don't have the capability to move a page yourself. You can request a page move at requested moves – just follow the instructions there. — jmcgnh(talk) (contribs) 05:48, 22 September 2018 (UTC)Reply

You need to be careful that you are not editing this article disruptively. See WP:Disruptive. We follow what the WP:Reliable sources state, and we format articles in ways noted at WP:Manual of Style and WP:Tone. I have reverted you at the article twice because of issues. Flyer22 Reborn (talk) 18:47, 25 September 2018 (UTC)Reply

The article's title is "Mariam-uz-Zamani." And if the sources use that name, that's the name we go by. Flyer22 Reborn (talk) 18:49, 25 September 2018 (UTC)Reply

Stop adding that unsourced name to the article. Flyer22 Reborn (talk) 19:38, 28 September 2018 (UTC)Reply

Yes, "Jodha Bai," rather than "Jodha Bai Begum Saheba," is already sourced in the article, but that is not the article's name. The infobox should not have an a different name than the article's name unless the infobox is listing an alternative name. That alternative name should be sourced in the article. Your recent editing history shows that you are currently engaged in an edit war. To resolve the content dispute, please do not revert or change the edits of others when you are reverted. Instead of reverting, please use the talk page to work toward making a version that represents consensus among editors. The best practice at this stage is to discuss, not edit-war. See BRD for how this is done. If discussions reach an impasse, you can then post a request for help at a relevant noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, you may wish to request temporary page protection.

Being involved in an edit war can result in your being blocked from editing—especially if you violate the three-revert rule, which states that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. Undoing another editor's work—whether in whole or in part, whether involving the same or different material each time—counts as a revert. Also keep in mind that while violating the three-revert rule often leads to a block, you can still be blocked for edit warring—even if you don't violate the three-revert rule—should your behavior indicate that you intend to continue reverting repeatedly. --Kansas Bear (talk) 02:35, 30 September 2018 (UTC)Reply

You have been blocked indefinitely from editing because it appears that you are not here to build an encyclopedia.
If you think there are good reasons for being unblocked, please read the guide to appealing blocks, then add the following text below the block notice on your talk page: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}.  Vanamonde (talk) 14:44, 30 September 2018 (UTC)Reply
