Noam Sheriff

edit

Hi Rachel (alias Mahler1234)! I've translated the english version of Sheriff's article into Czech. It's here, you can look (or edit). Btw, very funny photo with Bernstein, it seems to me, that they are a bit tipsy :)))) Just joke. Have a nice day, and again - welcome! --Vejvančický (talk) 10:42, 16 November 2008 (UTC)Reply

You have to add the copyright info (source + permission) to images, otherwise they'll be deleted in 7 days... No, I didn't know, who is he, although I admire many Jewish composers - e. g. Pavel Haas, Hans Krása, Erwin Schulhoff, Aaron Copland and of course Leonard Bernstein. I can still learn something new, and that's great. --Vejvančický (talk) 22:13, 16 November 2008 (UTC)Reply
Honestly, I don´t know exactly how to do it. You can look here, I think, it may be helpful - you can choose the permission in the section "Licensing". But I don´t know, if you need some confirmation or verification... I´m not too experienced in that area. I´ll try to ask , and I´ll let you now. However, it´s better to upload the file to Wikipedia:Commons, and subsequently add it to the article here. Have a nice day. Vejvančický (talk) 11:16, 21 November 2008 (UTC)Reply

Hi there. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. If you can't type the tilde character, you should click on the signature button   located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your name and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when. Thank you! --SineBot (talk) 11:33, 21 November 2008 (UTC)Reply

Noam Sheriff into Russian

I can help with the translation, but only after references and inline citations are provided in the article. Wouldn't want to spread unverified material around. --Jashiin (talk) 15:20, 21 November 2008 (UTC)Reply
