Ways to improve Toodyay Memorial Hall

edit

Hi, I'm Versace1608. Machyl.Eberle, thanks for creating Toodyay Memorial Hall!

I've just tagged the page, using our page curation tools, as having some issues to fix. If you can find more sources to add to this article, that would be great.

The tags can be removed by you or another editor once the issues they mention are addressed. If you have questions, you can leave a comment on my talk page. Or, for more editing help, talk to the volunteers at the Teahouse. versace1608 (talk) 02:01, 8 January 2014 (UTC)Reply

Improving your contributions

edit

Hallo, Thank you for creating several articles on buildings in Toodyay. Please remember that this is an international encyclopedia, and not everyone who reads an article will have heard of the town. So please always specify where Toodyay is, and link to the article Toodyay, Western Australia. Please also remember that the existence of something is not proof that it is WP:NOTABLE enough to need a Wikipedia article: please provide evidence such as national heritage listings. There's a lot to learn about editing Wikipedia, but it is an interesting journey: Happy Editing! PamD 07:05, 8 January 2014 (UTC)Reply

Municipal Inventory and Heritage List

edit

You recently included in Stirling House a reference to "Municipal Inventory and Heritage List. Shire of Toodyay." Could you please advise whether this is the same as this document which I found by searching the Shire of Toodyay's web site.

If it is the same document, it would be helpful if the article's reference included a link to that document. (Ideally using a {{cite}} template, but that can be added later.) This will probably apply to other articles as well - a quick search suggests that the reference is used in other Toodyay articles.

If it is the same document, but you're unsure of how to link to it, let me know (by posting a reply here, or on the article's Talk page), and I'll create the link for you. (You can then look at the article's "source text" to see how it's done, and copy to other articles where appropriate.)
