This reads like an advertising brochure for https://wwturbine.com/. Most (all?) of the sources are WP:PRIMARY, and thus fails WP:NCORP. Taking a step back, it's not at all clear how this is anything other than yet another variation on low-speed hyrdo turbine technology.

Do not remove reviewer comments from drafts that are in Articles for Creation. These comments should not be removed while the draft is being considered.
