  Arbitration

  • The fourth case on Palestine-Israel articles was closed. The case consolidated all previous remedies under one heading, which should make them easier to understand, apply, and enforce. In particular, the distinction between "primary articles" and "related content" has been clarified, with the former being the entire set of articles whose topic relates to the Arab-Israeli conflict, broadly interpreted rather than reasonably construed.
  • Following the 2019 Arbitration Committee elections, the following editors have been appointed to the Arbitration Committee: Beeblebrox, Bradv, Casliber, David Fuchs, DGG, KrakatoaKatie, Maxim, Newyorkbrad, SoWhy, Worm That Turned, Xeno.

Karl Eduard Schedl

Lotje,

Thnks. Lotje (talk) 11:37, 7 January 2020 (UTC)

Content changed on target page

Hi Lotje. I see you did some source-related changes on Isabel dos Santos, so I imagine you are quite up to date with the ins and outs of sources and related issues. On Isabel dos Santos there is a source that is a the front page of a newspaper and the content naturally changes all the time. Is there a tag to indicate that, or should I just remove the source and try find a replacement? Thanks, Rui ''Gabriel'' Correia (talk) 00:02, 24 January 2020 (UTC)

It was actually quite easy and quick to find a permanent link to the article, but for future reference, I would still like to know what to do if one cannot be found. Thanks. Rui ''Gabriel'' Correia (talk) 00:07, 24 January 2020 (UTC)
@Rui Gabriel Correia: If the reference cannot be found, I add the citation needed template, for example: {{citation needed|January 2020}}. Hope that answers your question. BTW, I added the dead link statements in the <ref></ref> section. :-) Lotje (talk) 05:11, 24 January 2020 (UTC)
