April 2020 edit

Hello, I'm Mvcg66b3r. I noticed that you recently removed content from User:Rosguill without adequately explaining why. In the future, it would be helpful to others if you described your changes to Wikipedia with an accurate edit summary. If this was a mistake, don't worry; the removed content has been restored. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks. Mvcg66b3r (talk) 14:16, 6 April 2020 (UTC)Reply

Hello, I'm Mvcg66b3r. I noticed that you made a comment on the page User:Rosguill that didn't seem very civil, so it has been removed. Wikipedia is built on collaboration, so it's one of our core principles to interact with one another in a polite and respectful manner. If you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. Mvcg66b3r (talk) 14:17, 6 April 2020 (UTC)Reply

@Lolamartinez123:, the expectation on Wikipedia is that disputes are resolved by having civil discussions on a relevant talk page. Vandalizing my or any other editor's user page is flatly unacceptable, and will result in a block if you do it again. I would suggest that you familiarize yourself a bit more with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines, particularly those related to establishing notability for albums, how to properly resolve disputes, and on article "ownership". signed, Rosguill talk 17:57, 6 April 2020 (UTC)Reply

Your draft article, Draft:LOCA (EP) edit

Hello, Lolamartinez123. It has been over six months since you last edited the Articles for Creation submission or Draft page you started, "LOCA".

In accordance with our policy that Wikipedia is not for the indefinite hosting of material deemed unsuitable for the encyclopedia mainspace, the draft has been nominated for deletion. If you plan on working on it further, or editing it to address the issues raised if it was declined, simply edit the submission and remove the {{db-afc}}, {{db-draft}}, or {{db-g13}} code.

If your submission has already been deleted by the time you get there, and you wish to retrieve it, you can request its undeletion by following the instructions at this link. An administrator will, in most cases, restore the submission so you can continue to work on it.

Thank you for your submission to Wikipedia! - RichT|C|E-Mail 15:14, 17 April 2020 (UTC)Reply

Final warning edit

If you make an edit like this one again on my or any other editor's user page, it will result in a loss of editing privileges. You are expected to comply with Wikipedia's civility policies and resolve issues politely on either a relevant article talk page, or on user talk pages. I'm willing to let you off with just a warning because you undid your own edit, but note that even this kind of behavior is unacceptable in the long run and will have consequences. signed, Rosguill talk 00:36, 23 April 2020 (UTC)Reply

Image without license edit

Unspecified source/license for File:Itano Tomomi - LOCA lim.jpg edit

Thanks for uploading File:Itano Tomomi - LOCA lim.jpg. The image has been identified as not specifying the copyright status of the image, which is required by Wikipedia's policy on images. Even if you created the image yourself, you still need to release it so Wikipedia can use it. If you don't indicate the copyright status of the image on the image's description page, using an appropriate copyright tag, it may be deleted some time after the next seven days. If you made this image yourself, you can use copyright tags like {{PD-self}} (to release all rights), {{self|cc-by-sa-4.0}} (to require that you be credited), or any tag here - just go to the image, click edit, and add one of those. If you have uploaded other images, please verify that you have provided copyright information for them as well.

For more information on using images, see the following pages:

This is an automated notice by MifterBot. For assistance on the image use policy, see Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. NOTE: Once you correct this, please remove the tag from the image's page. --MifterBot (TalkContribsOwner) 00:46, 23 April 2020 (UTC)Reply

Replaceable fair use File:AyumiHamasakiTokyoRainbowPride2018.jpg edit

Thanks for uploading File:AyumiHamasakiTokyoRainbowPride2018.jpg. I noticed that this file is being used under a claim of fair use. However, I think that the way it is being used fails the first non-free content criterion. This criterion states that files used under claims of fair use may have no free equivalent; in other words, if the file could be adequately covered by a freely-licensed file or by text alone, then it may not be used on Wikipedia. If you believe this file is not replaceable, please:

  1. Go to the file description page and add the text {{Di-replaceable fair use disputed|<your reason>}} below the original replaceable fair use template, replacing <your reason> with a short explanation of why the file is not replaceable.
  2. On the file discussion page, write a full explanation of why you believe the file is not replaceable.

Alternatively, you can also choose to replace this non-free media item by finding freely licensed media of the same subject, requesting that the copyright holder release this (or similar) media under a free license, or by creating new media yourself (for example, by taking your own photograph of the subject).

If you have uploaded other non-free media, consider checking that you have specified how these media fully satisfy our non-free content criteria. You can find a list of description pages you have edited by clicking on this link. Note that even if you follow steps 1 and 2 above, non-free media which could be replaced by freely licensed alternatives will be deleted 2 days after this notification (7 days if uploaded before 13 July 2006), per the non-free content policy. If you have any questions, please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Whpq (talk) 15:04, 15 May 2020 (UTC)Reply

Speedy deletion nomination of File:Kana Nishino MTV.jpg edit

A tag has been placed on File:Kana Nishino MTV.jpg requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section F9 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the file appears to be a blatant copyright infringement. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images taken from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.

If the image belongs to you, and you want to allow Wikipedia to use it — which means allowing other people to use it for any reason — then you must verify that externally by one of the processes explained at Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials. The same holds if you are not the owner but have their permission. If you are not the owner and do not have permission, see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission for how you may obtain it. You might want to look at Wikipedia's copyright policy for more details, or ask a question here.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. September 2020 edit

Please do not add unreferenced or poorly referenced information, especially if controversial, to articles or any other page on Wikipedia about living (or recently deceased) persons, as you did to Tammin Sursok. Thank you. --IJBall (contribstalk) 23:09, 10 September 2020 (UTC)Reply

Disambiguation link notification for October 23 edit

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited List of ethnic slurs, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Chinese virus. Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)

It's OK to remove this message. Also, to stop receiving these messages, follow these opt-out instructions. Thanks, DPL bot (talk) 06:14, 23 October 2020 (UTC)Reply

The links aren’t correct. It’s the truth. Don’t like it? Then don’t look at the article. Lolamartinez123 (talk) 15:33, 23 October 2020 (UTC)Reply

Are you addressing DPL bot? That is a bot account operated by a computer program ("automated process") to detect problems. Regardless of that, it is a requirement that editors are WP:CIVIL. You will be blocked if you are not able to collaborate with other editors. Johnuniq (talk) 09:20, 24 October 2020 (UTC)Reply

Wikipedia:Administrators' noticeboard edit

I inserted a heading in front of your comments at Wikipedia:Administrators' noticeboard#Lolamartinez123. Are you suggesting that another editor has engaged in "ignorant behavior"? Are you aware that editors must comply with the civility policty? Johnuniq (talk) 09:24, 24 October 2020 (UTC)Reply

October 2020 edit

Hello, I'm Serols. I wanted to let you know that I reverted one of your recent contributions —specifically this edit to Wikipedia:Administrators' noticeboard—because it did not appear constructive. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. If you have any questions, you can ask for assistance at the Help desk. Thanks. Serols (talk) 15:32, 24 October 2020 (UTC)Reply

You have been blocked from editing for a period of 31h for disruptive editing. Once the block has expired, you are welcome to make useful contributions.
If you think there are good reasons for being unblocked, please read the guide to appealing blocks, then add the following text below the block notice on your talk page: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}.  User:Ymblanter (talk) 15:46, 24 October 2020 (UTC)Reply
Edit-warring at WP:AN, WP:BLP violations at the list of ethnic slurs, and general confrontational behavior. I am afraid you are close to exhausting the patience of the community.--Ymblanter (talk) 15:39, 24 October 2020 (UTC)Reply
She's going to do the same thing once the block is over. I think an indef block is in order. Mvcg66b3r (talk) 15:42, 24 October 2020 (UTC)Reply
The AN topic is still open, we can go for a ;pnger block. Or may be someone could check this account.--Ymblanter (talk) 15:45, 24 October 2020 (UTC)Reply
In view of this, reblocked for a week with the talk page access revoked--Ymblanter (talk) 16:06, 24 October 2020 (UTC)Reply
  • After looking through the contributions, I have modified the block to be an indefinite period block. This editor is simply not fit to work in a collaborative environment. Wikipedia isn't a soapbox, nor a venue for social justice. It is an encyclopedia, and nothing more. Dennis Brown - 17:45, 24 October 2020 (UTC)Reply
