- avoid editing or creating articles related to you and your family, friends, school, company, club, or organization, as well as any competing companies' projects or products;
- instead, you are encouraged to propose changes on the Talk pages of affected article(s) (see the {{request edit}} template);
- when discussing affected articles, disclose your COI (see WP:DISCLOSE);
- avoid linking to the Wikipedia article or to the website of your organization in other articles (see WP:SPAM);
- exercise great caution so that you do not violate Wikipedia's content policies.

Hi There. We checked before creating, and could not find any other "Lemonade Group" so are confused about conflict of interest. Please could you advise where the conflict is? Thank you! Lemonadegroup (talk) 22:07, 16 August 2016 (UTC)
- There are several issues here. Firstly, your use of "we" is problematic since it indicates this account may be accessed by multiple people. That's not permitted; Wikipedia accounts are only for individuals, not for groups or organizations. Only one person may have access to the account. If several of you want to edit Wikipedia, each of you should create an account of their own.
- Secondly, there may be a conflict between your interest in promoting the Lemonade Group and Wikipedia's interest in having neutral, non-promotional articles. People writing about a topic they are closely associated with, such as the company they work for, often find it difficult to maintain a neutral point of view. Huon (talk) 22:32, 16 August 2016 (UTC)
