Low contrast of Covid-19 map

edit

@Leaderofthewave.: Hi, your map  , can you perhaps change the purple/maroon background to a lighter colour? I can't make out the data given on it. Thanks, --Aliwal2012 (talk) 08:14, 15 June 2020 (UTC)Reply

White text is harder to read, on a brighter background. Am i wrong, @Aliwal2012: ? Leaderofthewave. (talk) 18:31, 15 June 2020 (UTC)Reply
Ok, I didn't see the text is in white. The purple map just comes overwhelming to me...--Aliwal2012 (talk) 07:11, 17 June 2020 (UTC)Reply

Delta Air Lines Accidents and Incidents August 23,1995 edit dispute

edit

Hello. You recently made a change noted from the above incident in Accidents and Incidents in uninjured column from All to 236. This is going against the format/context of the table. In other incidents in table, 4/12/1977, 7/8/1987, 9/11/01, 2/3/2002, 6/16/2015 and 1/14/2020 have "All" in the uninjured column because there were no fatalities, serious injuries or minor injuries in the mentioned incidents. A number should be inserted only if there is fatalities, serious or minor injuries in an incident, and the 8/23/1995 incident doesn't fit that criteria. 236 should be changed back to All. Hope you reconsider and have a good day.2601:581:8402:1EE0:304C:CD3D:3958:6A95 (talk) 10:39, 17 June 2020 (UTC)Reply

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Etihad Airways fleet, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page 777 (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)

Redundant note?

edit

Over here, is it redundant to include that note "Tied with Delta Air Lines as the largest operator" for the Boeing 777-200LR in the Emirates fleet? Because according to this section, it looks like Emirates is tied with Delta as the largest 777-200LR operators with ten of them currently in both of those airlines. --Allen (talk / ctrb) 21:25, 27 June 2020 (UTC)Reply

Hi Allen, I don't think it's necessary to include a secondary note just for the -200LR especially when there is another airline with an identical number of aircraft in it's fleet. Furthermore, the main reason the Note was merged with that of the -300ER was simply to indicate the fact of Emirates being the largest customer of the 777, regardless of variant. Thanks Leaderofthewave. (talk) 17:08, 29 June 2020 (UTC)Reply

Hello and welcome to Wikipedia. When you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion (but never when editing articles), please be sure to sign your posts. There are two ways to do this. Either:

  1. Add four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment, or
  2. With the cursor positioned at the end of your comment, click on the signature button   located above the edit window.

This will automatically insert a signature with your username or IP address and the time you posted the comment. This information is necessary to allow other editors to easily see who wrote what and when.

Thank you. –Davey2010Talk 19:45, 28 June 2020 (UTC)Reply

Ping failed as I didn't realise your name included a fullstop, Given User:Leaderofthewave is unregistered you may want to request a name change (WP:RENAME) as the full stop at the end of your name will undoubtedly cause many ping issues in the future, Thanks, –Davey2010Talk 19:48, 28 June 2020 (UTC)Reply

Hey @Davey2010:, im not a newbie around here, and i know how most of the "basic" stuff works. Though i do remember signing my name manually as i wanted to stylise it, similar to how You personally sign your comments. Leaderofthewave. (talk) 20:15, 28 June 2020 (UTC)Reply

Hey Leader, Ah my apologies, You're more than welcome to add your signature back to the talkpage, Thanks, –Davey2010Talk 20:22, 28 June 2020 (UTC)Reply
