- Slatersteven. Yes, thanks, I realise better sources will be needed and I've raised the point at the Transport project as some of their guys might have useful books. Will see what else I can find too. There can be no question of notability per se because the invention happened and it has had massive significance. Ways to improve The Railway Detective edit

I've just tagged the page, using our page curation tools, as having some issues to fix. This is a well-written article but somewhat unbalanced; it could do with fewer details of the plot and characters, and more about the publishing of the book and its reception by reviewers.
