I'm guessing based on the name of the article you just created Kugirl1986/Joshua Lyons you meant for this to be in your userspace, where you can make a draft of the article before submitting it. I've gone ahead and done this for you, your draft article can be found at User:Kugirl1986/Joshua Lyons. Once you think it's ready for live encyclopedia, you can submit it for review to articles for creation, then you won't have to risk it being deleted.
