Your message on my user talk page edit

Hi Kigagan, many thanks for your message on my user talk page. Unfortunately while I do have rollback permissions, I am not able to block users. Having looked in to the user you reported to me I note that they have already been blocked by an administrator. Best Regards. RobertEves92 09:04, 16 September 2018 (UTC) Hi RobertEves92,many thanks for leaving a message in my talk page.We do not have the permission to block users but we can give warnings. So we will have to check who is doing disruption.Kigagan 16 September2018(UTC) {unblock-auto|...) September 2018 edit

Hello and welcome to Wikipedia. When you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion (but never when editing articles), please be sure to sign your posts. There are two ways to do this. Either:

  1. Add four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment, or
  2. With the cursor positioned at the end of your comment, click on the signature button   located above the edit window.

This will automatically insert a signature with your username or IP address and the time you posted the comment. This information is necessary to allow other editors to easily see who wrote what and when.

Thank you. 331dot (talk) 09:55, 17 September 2018 (UTC)Reply

A belated welcome! edit

The welcome may be belated, but the cookies are still warm!

Here's wishing you a belated welcome to Wikipedia, Kigagan. I see that you've already been around a while and wanted to thank you for your contributions. Though you seem to have been successful in finding your way around, you may benefit from following some of the links below, which help editors get the most out of Wikipedia:

Also, when you post on talk pages you should sign your name using four tildes (~~~~); that should automatically produce your username and the date after your post.

I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! If you have any questions, feel free to leave me a message on my talk page, consult Wikipedia:Questions, or place {{helpme}} on your talk page and ask your question there.

Again, welcome! Knightrises10 (talk) 10:13, 17 September 2018 (UTC) Knightrises10 (talk) 10:13, 17 September 2018 (UTC)Reply

Um, slow down? edit

Appears you joined recently and are very enthusiastic about contributing to Wikipedia. Although many newbies want to create an article, a more conservative path is to start by constructively editing articles that are about topics you know. Involvement in bots and path to administrator is years away. I was saddened to read that one of your initial experiences was interacting with a malevolent vandal. But it looks like you handled that well. David notMD (talk) 11:54, 17 September 2018 (UTC)Reply

Two unconstructive edits were this one and this other one, in each of which you told the user that he had been blocked, although at that stage he hadn't. Leave it to the admins to place a block notice, if they think fit, when they have imposed the block. --David Biddulph (talk) 12:07, 17 September 2018 (UTC)Reply
And a bit fast to take insult? Nick has been around for years, and takes time on a regular basis for answering questions at Teahouse. Please always assume the regulars (Nick, GMG, Ian, others) are trying to be helpful. (That does not apply to newbie 2605, who is being a deliberate pain in the ass). David notMD (talk) 15:00, 17 September 2018 (UTC)Reply

You may be blocked from editing without further warning the next time you disrupt Wikipedia. --David Biddulph (talk) 15:56, 17 September 2018 (UTC)Reply
