Relicensing files

Please do not upload files under both free and non-free licenses (such as File:Erindi Landscape.jpg and File:Geology Erindi Private Game Reserve.jpg) If you are the copyright holder or represent "ibay Digital Agency" and have the authority to release these images free to the world under the CC-BY-SA license (which allows anyone to use the images for any purpose, including commercial purposes, so long as they provide attribution), please see this page. Falsely claiming someone else's work as your own work will not be tolerated, and will lead to the deletion of the images and possibly being blocked.

Questionable file uploads

Hi Kelly. It has been pointed out that you have uploaded in at least one case the same image as both a free image, and a non-free image. That is, in one place you claimed an image is your own work, and in another claimed it was taken from a library under fair use. Which is it? And what about the files you have been uploading recently? Hello Someguy1221 and Train2104, I apologize for the lack of communication. Allow me to explain the situation. I work for Ibay, a digital advertising agency. On behalf of our client, Erindi Private Game Reserve, I have the permission to upload content (text and images) to this profile. As a new content contributor to Wikipedia, there has obviously been some trial and error. I have had many bots on my page controlling content. In the first instance, the images I uploaded were commissioned by the agency I work for, therefore I felt that it needed protection under the “copyrighted non-fee work, but fair use” reason. These images were then deleted. On the second attempt, I decided to upload the images under the “free work” reason, because the agency was willing to share them, and they were taken by our in-house photographer. I also wanted these images to showcase the topics I had mentioned in the text. Furthermore, the text may sound advertorial but this is copyrighted content from the Erindi prospectus that we created. Please understand that the agency wanted one user to do the uploading of all content. I understand the Wikipedia's copyright policy, but I experienced many setbacks (especially because of the number of edits that each account allows). Please advise going forward what I should do, and if it is advisable that my colleague, and in-house photographer, creates a separate account to upload these images once again, and what reason will it fall under? Do you understand that as a paid editor you must declare this under WP:PCD? Also, I'm not sure that you do understand our copyright policy if you can't see anything wrong with using "copyrighted content from the Erindi prospectus that we created.". Also, having your client's permission is not the same as your client releasing their copyright for use here. Wikipedias is licensed under CC-BY-SA 3.0 and the GFDL for free use by anyone anywhere, including commercial use and modification, and copyright text is not so licensed. Hello Peridon, yes I am aware that I need to declare that I am a paid editor, and will do so once I can access my account. The content in this article has been reworked and adapted from a published book as well as other sources. I have referenced all my sources. Please specify where it sounds like promotional text, and I will happily change it. The information in the article is factual and represents the actual projects running at Erindi. I promise to never upload these images again. They have all been removed. I have read Wikipedia’s policies, and understand my errors. Please may I have my account unblocked.

I am willing to unblock you if you:

1. Agree not to upload any photo that is not your own work unless you have a written permission from the author (See: WP:Permission) and you send it to our WP:OTRS team.
2. Declare your WP:Conflict of interest regarding Erindi Private Game Reserve.
3. Agree not to edit directly about Erindi Private Game Reserve since you obviously have a WP:Conflict of interest regarding that subject (you would still be able to propose edits on the talk page using the {{Request edit}} template).
