Ways to improve Gurbaksh Singh Kanhaiya edit

Hi, I'm Yashovardhan Dhanania. Kayla994, thanks for creating Gurbaksh Singh Kanhaiya!

I've just tagged the page, using our page curation tools, as having some issues to fix. Basically, you need to add more sections and add more details about his family, reign etc

The tags can be removed by you or another editor once the issues they mention are addressed. If you have questions, you can leave a comment on my talk page. Or, for more editing help, talk to the volunteers at the Teahouse.

May 2017 edit

Hello, I'm Materialscientist. I noticed that in this edit to Sher-e-Punjab: Maharaja Ranjit Singh, you removed content without adequately explaining why. In the future, it would be helpful to others if you described your changes to Wikipedia with an edit summary. If this was a mistake, don't worry, the removed content has been restored. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks. Materialscientist (talk) 09:28, 3 May 2017 (UTC)Reply

Disambiguation link notification for May 4 edit

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Sher-e-Punjab: Maharaja Ranjit Singh, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page PK. Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

Timurid dynasty/House of Timur edit

Many sources also use the term "Timurid dynasty". I don't why you prefer to use the other term while both have the same meaning. Besides, at least check a few articles about other royal figures and you'll see that the appropriate way to name a royal house in the info box is to include 'only' the name as everything should be in shortened form, so "House of X" is unnecessary as "X" automatically falls under the section titled "House". The article Mehtab Kaur has been marked as a copyright violation. Please read the Wikipedia guidance on copying text from other sources. Apuldram (talk) 12:11, 5 June 2017 (UTC)Reply

User:Helena Bx edit

You appear to be User:Helena Bx. I'm very troubled that you have created at least one copyright violation with this new account. Why did you change accounts and what are you doing differently with this account as opposed to the last one, to avoid creating more copyright issues? Speedy deletion nomination of Category:Mughal empresses edit

A tag has been placed on Category:Mughal empresses indicating that it is currently empty, and is not a disambiguation category, a category redirect, a featured topics category, under discussion at Categories for discussion, or a project category that by its nature may become empty on occasion. If it remains empty for seven days or more, it may be deleted under section C1 of the criteria for speedy deletion.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and removing the speedy deletion tag. Liz Read! Talk! 03:25, 20 January 2024 (UTC)Reply
