Proposed deletion of World Culture Open

The article World Culture Open has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

promotional article; none of the sources are reliable -- they are either self-promotion, press releases, or mere notices

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.
