Split off Draft:Harold W. Winston

Disambiguations don't entail having a whole second bio on a page, so I shifted W. to Draft:Harold W. Winston, and put a "hatnote" at the top of each draft noting there are two similar names. MatthewVanitas (talk) 16:53, 18 November 2014 (UTC)
