"The system"

"The system" doesn't mark things for deletion. It's human patrollers that do that, followed up by human administrators, Wikipedia does have a lot of bots, but apart from copyright violations, they don't usually tag for deletion. They definitely don't delete. The tagging you are protesting is for advertising or promotion. There are not allowed on Wikipedia, and things that look like advertising or promotion come into this class no matter what the intention of the author. Wikipedia does not allow PR jargon or enthusiasm in articles, and both get classed as advertising or promotion. People in marketing find this hard to understand.
