Speedy deletion nomination of Alex eroadster electric car

edit

Hello Janoteki,

I wanted to let you know that I just tagged Alex eroadster electric car for deletion, because it seems to be promotional, rather than an encyclopedia article.

If you feel that the article shouldn't be deleted and want more time to work on it, you can contest this deletion, but please don't remove the speedy deletion tag from the top.

You can leave a note on my talk page if you have questions. Rakibul Islam Khocon 15:14, 6 July 2015 (UTC)Reply

Proposed deletion of Alex Eroadster

edit

The article Alex Eroadster has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

WP:Wikipedia is not a crystal ball. Almost all sources I found were from June/July 2015, and predicted full production for 2016. The photos seem to be fake - there has been no prototype, the road markings are not Irish, there is nobody in the car. The project seems to be student vapourware.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. — Rwxrwxrwx (talk) 13:01, 14 June 2017 (UTC)Reply

The project is very much a live project and not vapourware with first prototype scheduled for May 2018. Currently fundraising to complete more work. The images are CAD renders as stated in the article. Updated article citation (4) has production goal of late 2018 early 2019 Janoteki (talk) 10:33, 20 June 2017 (UTC)Reply
