Replaceable fair use File:Stephanie Del Valle Miss Puerto Rico World 2016.jpg

edit

Thanks for uploading File:Stephanie Del Valle Miss Puerto Rico World 2016.jpg. I noticed that this file is being used under a claim of fair use. However, I think that the way it is being used fails the first non-free content criterion. This criterion states that files used under claims of fair use may have no free equivalent; in other words, if the file could be adequately covered by a freely-licensed file or by text alone, then it may not be used on Wikipedia. If you believe this file is not replaceable, please:

  1. Go to the file description page and add the text {{di-replaceable fair use disputed|<your reason>}} below the original replaceable fair use template, replacing <your reason> with a short explanation of why the file is not replaceable.
  2. On the file discussion page, write a full explanation of why you believe the file is not replaceable.

Alternatively, you can also choose to replace this non-free media item by finding freely licensed media of the same subject, requesting that the copyright holder release this (or similar) media under a free license, or by creating new media yourself (for example, by taking your own photograph of the subject).

If you have uploaded other non-free media, consider checking that you have specified how these media fully satisfy our non-free content criteria. You can find a list of description pages you have edited by clicking on this link. Note that even if you follow steps 1 and 2 above, non-free media which could be replaced by freely licensed alternatives will be deleted 2 days after this notification (7 days if uploaded before 13 July 2006), per the non-free content policy. If you have any questions, please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Majora (talk) 21:20, 21 March 2016 (UTC)Reply

Stop destroying the table formatting. I fixed it and you keep destroying it. Bgwhite (talk) 06:20, 22 March 2016 (UTC)Reply

How am I destroying the table formatting? The only thing I changed about the table is I took out the "no representatives" out of the table and included it under the notes section. I also reworded a couple things but nothing is being "destroyed". Also, I added tables for Top Model of the World and Miss America and you continue to delete those. Additionally, the table for Miss Grand International is broken. (JCBeliever10 (talk) 21:28, 22 March 2016 (UTC)).Reply

STOP MESSING WITH THE FORMAT OF THE TABLES!!!! You keep changing the format of the tables. You keep reverting my edit and you go back to your bad format. For one thing, there is no such thing as a <font> tag anymore. You are not doing it so the visual impaired can read the tables. Stop with the tables and just add information back in. You did the same exact thing on Krasa Rossii. Stop ruining the tables. Bgwhite (talk) 07:55, 23 March 2016 (UTC)Reply
You also can't use color boxes as the only way to convey information. Bgwhite (talk) 07:59, 23 March 2016 (UTC)Reply
The current format of the tables that you revert to is actually the format I created and updated last week. There were some things I felt could be better or updated, that's why I went back and changed it again. I will have to disagree with you that I am ruining the tables, the only thing I have done was re-arrange some of the information around. As for the colors, I thought it would be good to help distinguish the different placement positions, because prior to that it was set to just one color with different shades, and the winners color was so dark you couldn't even see the text. (JCBeliever10 (talk) 00:22, 24 March 2016 (UTC))Reply
I've fixed the tables, but you just revert my changes. Again, it is not handicap readable. This is an accessibility issue. Again, there is not such thing as the <font> tag. Do these have anything to do with colour? No. STOP REVERTING and add your information back in, but leave the tables alone. Bgwhite (talk) 04:59, 24 March 2016 (UTC)Reply

March 2016

Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute to Wikipedia, some of your recent edits in some articles, like the one that you did at Miss Cuba did not appear to be constructive and had been reverted or removed. Furthermore, stop adding information regarding minor pageants that had been deleted many times like Miss Intercontinental, Miss Supranational, and etc. It will just be a waste of your time to add because it will be deleted. Please read the welcome page to learn more about contributing constructively to this encyclopedia. Thank you.Richie Campbell (talk) 13:05, 23 March 2016 (UTC)Reply

Hi Richie Campbell and thank you for your message. I disagree that my contributions and updates on the Miss Cuba page were not constructive. I added a table for Miss World, which it currently did not have and Cuba did have two runner-ups in that pageant. I am now aware that pageants such as Miss Grand International, Miss Intercontinental, Miss Supranational and Top Model of the World are not appreciated on Wikipedia and I also strongly disagree with that. Because although these pageants are not popular as Miss World or Miss Universe, they are catching popularity and are even becoming more popular than Miss International and Miss Earth. (JCBeliever10 (talk) 00:28, 24 March 2016 (UTC))Reply
You took tables the were formatted just fine and went and broke things. You will continue to be reverted until you do things properly. If you still continue, you will be blocked. I've already given you the format, now follow it. Bgwhite (talk) 05:03, 24 March 2016 (UTC)Reply
