Improving "Underneath A Harlem Moon" edit

Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia! I saw on the books WikiProject that your article Draft:Underneath a Harlem Moon had been declined, but I think this could be an excellent article. Based on the notability guidelines for books, a book is independently notable is it "has been the subject of two or more non-trivial published works appearing in sources that are independent of the book itself." The Guardian article is definitely one such work, and it looks like there have been several reviews in other sources which could be the second, though I haven't been able to access those. Organizing the article around the book itself, and saying more about it as a book, can help make this notability clearer so the article will be accepted next time. I started some edits along that line but won't be able to finish them. I encourage you to continue working on the article, and would be happy to help if I can. You might find it useful to look at other biography articles like Daughters of the Samurai or The Black Count to think about what information to include. Good luck editing, and let me know if I can assist! ~ oulfis 🌸(talk) 20:44, 5 June 2020 (UTC)Reply

Emma Rosen edit

Hi - I'm Girth Summit, an administrator here. I noticed that you added a couple of self-published books by Emma Rosen to 'further reading' sections of a few articles. Can I ask whether you have any connection to that author? If so, please review our guidance on editing with a conflict of interest - there are certain disclosure that you may need to make. I've removed the additions you made, because to me they didn't see necessary - what we don't want to do is turn our articles into massive lists of all of the pieces of literature on a particular subject, and these books didn't seem to me to stand out from the crowd of other similar works.
