Please note that even if the copyright issue were resolved, the promotional tone of a company or personal website is likely to be unsuitable for an encyclopedia article, which requires a neutral point of view: Wikipedia is not a notice-board. Article subjects need to have notability, which is not a matter of opinion but has to be demonstrated by showing "significant coverage in reliable sources that are independent of the subject." This requirement applies to good causes, too. There is more detail at the WP:FAQ/Organizations and WP:Notability (organizations and companies), and good advice on how to write an acceptable article at WP:Your first article. If you want to proceed:

• First, be sure that you can demonstrate notability, which is not a matter of opinion but has to be demonstrated by showing "significant coverage in reliable sources that are independent of the subject." Significant means more than just listing-type mentions; reliable excludes Myspace, Facebook, blogs, places where anyone can post anything; independent excludes the subject's own website, affiliated ones and anything based on press releases. The test is, have people unconnected with the organization found it important enough to write substantial comment about? This requirement applies to good causes as well as to commercial organizations - see Wikipedia is not here to tell the world about your noble cause.
• If so, read WP:Best practices for editors with conflicts of interest.
• Read WP:Your first article
• Write a draft article in your user space - see Help:userspace draft for how to do that. Be very careful not to make it promotional. Put out of your mind any thought that you are writing on behalf of the organization. You should be writing from outside, neutral facts supported by reliable sources. The WP:Verifiability policy requires that "any material challenged or likely to be challenged must be attributed to a reliable, published source."
• Submit it at WP:Articles for creation, declaring your interest. Either it will be accepted, or you will be given feedback.
