Hello, I'm Arjayay. I noticed that you recently removed content from Pashtuns without adequately explaining why. In the future, it would be helpful to others if you described your changes to Wikipedia with an accurate edit summary. If this was a mistake, don't worry; the removed content has been restored. If you would like to experiment, please use your sandbox. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks. - Arjayay (talk) 22:00, 23 February 2024 (UTC)Reply

The contents related to Hinduism are historically inaccurate, as Pashtuns are primarily of Zoroastrian origin, which is very similar to Hinduism. Zoroastrian customs remain in practice, and there is no evidence of Hindu practices. Most of the sources for this topic are not properly quoted. A lot is based on speculation.   Please do not add or change content, as you did at Qarabagh District, Ghazni, without citing a reliable source. Please review the guidelines at Wikipedia:Citing sources and take this opportunity to add references to the article. Thank you. - Arjayay (talk) 22:01, 23 February 2024 (UTC)Reply

Please stop. If you continue to add unsourced or poorly sourced content, as you did at Nasher (Kharoti clan), you may be blocked from editing. - Arjayay (talk) 22:02, 23 February 2024 (UTC)Reply

You may be blocked from editing without further warning the next time you add unsourced or poorly sourced material to Wikipedia, as you did at Pashtuns. Austronesier (talk) 12:08, 25 February 2024 (UTC)Reply

Consensus needed

edit

You should get a WP:CONSENSUS in the talk page when challenging longstanding content [1] in articles, especially when the sources support the claims. Your own personal analysis that XYZ is a 'weak source' in the edit summaries wouldn't be enough. @Austronesier, Doug Weller, and Arjayay: what do you suggest? - Fylindfotberserk (talk) 19:28, 17 June 2024 (UTC)Reply

The edit summary “ Moderators must provide a census record to prove that these communities exist.” Is nonsense. There are no moderators and we don’t need whatever a consensus statement is to add sourced text. Doug Weller talk 20:42, 17 June 2024 (UTC)Reply
