Speedy deletion nomination of Príncipe Pío Station

edit

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. This is a notice to inform you that a tag has been placed on Príncipe Pío Station requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A3 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is an article with no content whatsoever, or whose contents consist only of external links, a "See also" section, book references, category tags, template tags, interwiki links, images, a rephrasing of the title, or an attempt to contact the subject of the article. Please see Wikipedia:Stub for our minimum information standards for short articles. Also please note that articles must be on notable subjects and should provide references to reliable sources that verify their content.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, you can place a request here. Jeremy112233 (talk) 22:09, 1 October 2013 (UTC)Reply

Athens Metro 1st Generation Stock etc

edit

Please remember that all Wikipedia articles need to have text. An infobox is an optional extra. When you create an article, please start with a lead sentence "xyz is ...". You seem to have started a batch of stubs with no content at all except their infoboxes. Please don't create any more articles like this, and give some text for the ones you have created. Thanks. PamD 21:40, 15 October 2013 (UTC)Reply

I see also that they were all apparently tagged as "unreferenced" 5 years ago, though only created today. Are you copying them from somewhere? PamD 21:56, 15 October 2013 (UTC)Reply

Proposed deletion of Athens Metro 1st Generation Stock

edit

The article Athens Metro 1st Generation Stock has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Article has no text, only an infobox.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. article creation

edit

Please do not create unreferenced articles, or articles that contain only infoboxes. Articles require both references and prose. You've received a number of notifications above in relation to various articles. Austin & Jessie & Ally: All Star New Year is another such article. --AussieLegend () 12:47, 19 October 2013 (UTC)Reply

Please do not introduce incorrect information into articles, as you did to List of Victorious episodes. Your edits appear to be vandalism and have been reverted. If you believe the information you added was correct, please cite references or sources or discuss the changes on the article's talk page before making them again. If you would like to experiment, use the sandbox. "iParty with Victorious" is not counted as a Victorious episode per the sources cited in the list. If some sources are saying otherwise, please explain on the talk page. —C.Fred (talk) 04:30, 23 October 2013 (UTC)Reply

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that you've added some links pointing to disambiguation pages. Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

Cut n paste

edit

I've undone your improper cut-n-paste move of Methana Volcano to Methana (volcano). I've added your infobox to the article. Please don't do cut and paste move as it loses the history of the article content. The move tag at the top of a page is for moving/renaming an article. If you have trouble with that just request help. Thanks, Vsmith (talk) 14:16, 2 November 2013 (UTC)Reply

Please do not remove content or templates from pages on Wikipedia, as you did to List of Victorious episodes, without giving a valid reason for the removal in the edit summary. Your content removal does not appear constructive and has been reverted. Please make use of the sandbox if you'd like to experiment with test edits. Thank you. If you are trying to do a split, see WP:SPLIT for process and make a split proposal on Talk:List of Victorious episodes. There is already an old split proposal that was closed with consensus to not split the article here. Also don't make major changes to any article without giving explanations of what you are doing in the edit summaries. Saying where you copied content from is mandatory to have at least a comment in the destination article stating where you got the content you copied. See WP:CWW for more.   Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to blank out or remove portions of page content, templates, or other materials from Wikipedia, as you did at List of Victorious episodes, you may be blocked from editing. Thank you. Geraldo Perez (talk) 16:22, 4 November 2013 (UTC)Reply

Hello, I'm Jamesx12345. I noticed that you recently removed some content from Freak the Freak Out, with this edit, without explaining why. In the future, it would be helpful to others if you described your changes to Wikipedia with an edit summary. If this was a mistake, don't worry, the removed content has been restored. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks. Jamesx12345 16:44, 6 November 2013 (UTC)Reply

Freak The Freak Out (song)

edit

This is an automated message from MadmanBot. I have performed a search with the contents of Freak The Freak Out (song), and it appears to be very similar to another Wikipedia page: Freak the Freak Out. It is possible that you have accidentally duplicated contents, or made an error while creating the page— you might want to look at the pages and see if that is the case. If you are intentionally trying to rename an article, please see Help:Moving a page for instructions on how to do this without copying and pasting. If you are trying to move or copy content from one article to a different one, please see Wikipedia:Copying within Wikipedia and be sure you have acknowledged the duplication of material in an edit summary to preserve attribution history.

It is possible that the bot is confused and found similarity where none actually exists. If that is the case, you can remove the tag from the article. MadmanBot (talk) 16:45, 6 November 2013 (UTC)Reply

Hello, I noticed that you recently created a new page, Freak The Freak Out (song). First, thank you for your contribution; Wikipedia relies solely on the efforts of volunteers such as you. Unfortunately, the page you created covers a topic on which we already have a page – Freak the Freak Out. Because of the duplication, your article has been tagged for speedy deletion. Please note that this is not a comment on you personally and we hope you will continue helping to improve Wikipedia. If the topic of the article you created is one that interests you, then perhaps you would like to help out at Freak the Freak Out – you might like to discuss new information at the article's talk page.

If you think the article you created should remain separate, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". Additionally if you would like to have someone review articles you create before they go live so they are not nominated for deletion shortly after you post them, allow me to suggest the article creation process and using our search feature to find related information we already have in the encyclopedia. Try not to be discouraged. Wikipedia looks forward to your future contributions. Jinkinson talk to me 16:47, 6 November 2013 (UTC)Reply

Vandalism warning on several LRT-1, MRT-2, and MRT-3 stations

edit

Hi we appreciate your edit regarding the stations. But may we remind you of using first talk pages in moving or merging articles such as Araneta Center-Cubao Station and Araneta Center-Cubao Station which was deemed to be seperated before due to being 2 entirely different stations. If you have any contest please use the talk pages first and wait for a consensus to be made and follow whatever is decided. Repetition of such action may be sanctioned according to wikipedia rules. Thanks! JeromesandilanicoJSD (talk) 16:25, 18 November 2013 (UTC)Reply
