The page has now been deleted. Huge amounts of content were copied from http://papers.ssrn.com/sol3/papers.cfm?abstract_id=2168634, and much of the remainder was unsourced essay-like material. Sorry, -- Diannaa (talk) 20:21, 20 March 2015 (UTC)
