License tagging for File:NoCopyrightSounds Icon.png edit

Thanks for uploading File:NoCopyrightSounds Icon.png. You don't seem to have indicated the license status of the image. Wikipedia uses a set of image copyright tags to indicate this information.

To add a tag to the image, select the appropriate tag from this list, click on this link, then click "Edit this page" and add the tag to the image's description. If there doesn't seem to be a suitable tag, the image is probably not appropriate for use on Wikipedia. For help in choosing the correct tag, or for any other questions, leave a message on Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. Thank you for your cooperation. --ImageTaggingBot (talk) 20:06, 6 September 2015 (UTC)Reply

ArbCom Elections 2016: Voting now open! edit

Hello, GoAnimateFan199Pro. Voting in the 2016 Arbitration Committee elections is open from Monday, 00:00, 21 November through Sunday, 23:59, 4 December to all unblocked users who have registered an account before Wednesday, 00:00, 28 October 2016 and have made at least 150 mainspace edits before Sunday, 00:00, 1 November 2016.

The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.

If you wish to participate in the 2016 election, please review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page. MediaWiki message delivery (talk) 22:08, 21 November 2016 (UTC)Reply

January 2017 edit

Hello, I'm 5 albert square. I noticed that you recently removed some content from Samsung without adequately explaining why. In the future, it would be helpful to others if you described your changes to Wikipedia with an accurate edit summary. If this was a mistake, don't worry; the removed content has been restored. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks. 5 albert square (talk) 21:26, 5 January 2017 (UTC)Reply

Orphaned non-free image File:Glendale Galleria icon.png edit

Thanks for uploading File:Glendale Galleria icon.png. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

Note that any non-free images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described in the criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. --B-bot (talk) 18:28, 16 January 2017 (UTC)Reply

Replaceable fair use File:Jamba Juice Innovation Bar.jpg edit

Thanks for uploading File:Jamba Juice Innovation Bar.jpg. I noticed that this file is being used under a claim of fair use. However, I think that the way it is being used fails the first non-free content criterion. This criterion states that files used under claims of fair use may have no free equivalent; in other words, if the file could be adequately covered by a freely-licensed file or by text alone, then it may not be used on Wikipedia. If you believe this file is not replaceable, please:

  1. Go to the file description page and add the text {{di-replaceable fair use disputed|<your reason>}} below the original replaceable fair use template, replacing <your reason> with a short explanation of why the file is not replaceable.
  2. On the file discussion page, write a full explanation of why you believe the file is not replaceable.

Alternatively, you can also choose to replace this non-free media item by finding freely licensed media of the same subject, requesting that the copyright holder release this (or similar) media under a free license, or by creating new media yourself (for example, by taking your own photograph of the subject).

If you have uploaded other non-free media, consider checking that you have specified how these media fully satisfy our non-free content criteria. You can find a list of description pages you have edited by clicking on this link. Note that even if you follow steps 1 and 2 above, non-free media which could be replaced by freely licensed alternatives will be deleted 2 days after this notification (7 days if uploaded before 13 July 2006), per the non-free content policy. If you have any questions, please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Ytoyoda (talk) 12:38, 16 March 2017 (UTC)Reply

Multiple GA nominations edit

Hi, I see you've nominated Amazon.com and Samsung for GA status, but it seems you have not edited either article to any significant extent (it seems there were two edits to Samsung a while back), nor discussed with other editors if they felt GA nomination might be appropriate and that they were happy for you to do it. Are you sure you are ready to take on the task of shepherding these large and complex articles through to GA? The process can require detailed knowledge of the topics and the various sources that describe them, down to individual pages of books when necessary. You might note that it is discourteous to get reviewers to spend time and effort assessing a nomination if you're not in a realistic position to handle it. Then again, you may be an industry expert, how should I know. Chiswick Chap (talk) 18:43, 1 April 2017 (UTC)Reply

  • At this point, I can not decide whether to withdraw these articles from the list of nominations, or leave it to be. After all, I am just getting started with this whole article nominations thing. GoAnimateFan199Pro (talk) 20:43, 1 April 2017 (UTC)Reply

Please be sure to provide a summary of every edit you make, even if you write only the briefest of summaries. The summaries are very helpful to people browsing an article's history.

Disambiguation pages edit

Hello, GoAnimateFan199Pro. When you moved Alphabet (song) to a new title and then changed the old title to a redirect to a disambiguation page, you may not have been aware of WP:FIXDABLINKS, which says:

When creating disambiguation pages, fix all resulting mis-directed links.
Before moving an article to a qualified name (in order to create a disambiguation page at the base name, to move an existing disambiguation page to that name, or to redirect that name to a disambiguation page), click on What links here to find all of the incoming links. Repair all of those incoming links to use the new article name.

It would be a great help if you would check the other Wikipedia articles that contain links to "Alphabet (song)" and fix them to take readers to the correct article. Thanks. R'n'B (call me Russ) 13:14, 30 May 2017 (UTC)Reply

Not to be offensive but it is a stereotype out there that people on the spectrum like GoAnimate, just saying being on the spectrum myself. Also I moved the Dan August photo to the Dan August section and put a picture of him in Smokey and the Bandit, it was in 1977 so his career was still going and when he passed people had on their headlines "Smokey and the Bandit actor, dead at 82.".

GoAnimate and the spectrum aside, I can make do with the Smokey photograph you chose for the infobox. Better than those of his mid-age days. GoAnimateFan199Pro (talk) 05:49, 14 October 2018 (UTC)Reply
