ArbCom 2017 election voter message edit
Hello, Gamren. Voting in the 2017 Arbitration Committee elections is now open until 23.59 on Sunday, 10 December. All users who registered an account before Saturday, 28 October 2017, made at least 150 mainspace edits before Wednesday, 1 November 2017 and are not currently blocked are eligible to vote. Users with alternate accounts may only vote once.
The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.

Ways to improve Uddannelsesloftet edit

I've just tagged the page, using our page curation tools, as having some issues to fix. Please can you explain this more so that readers living outside Denmark can better understand what is involved.

You are clearly more familiar with it than me; I have read it once, but it has thankfully mostly escaped my head. As such I think you are better positioned to edit the plot section than me; but I must ask that you direct your attention, if possible, to summarising it more compactly. The plot section is already over-long and the addition of minor details doesn't improve that. Sorry that I did not make this request when you first started. Pinkbeast (talk) 22:30, 31 July 2018 (UTC)
- @Pinkbeast: I agree that the pensieve detail was unnecessary. I've tried removing this and some other non-essential details, in particular many of the misspellings. "Correcting" Bombadil to Riddle is a little problematic, since "Tom Riddle/Rid" is a separate character, but then again he's minor and non-essential.__Gamren (talk) 11:23, 1 August 2018 (UTC)

- @Pinkbeast: Actually, I feel like the plot point of Cornelia Fuck and Doris Rumbridge should be included, because they sort of vaguely resemble the events of Order of the Phoenix. In case you've forgotten: they try to convince Dumbledore to close the school and retire because "[his] alzheimers is dangerous". Later, they send him to Azkaban because "he is old and week he has kancer". They then send Trevolry there, for being too "gottik", and immediately bring Dumbledore back to teach her class.
