On Takayuki Hirao, it looks like you re-created the article recently but it's rather confusing why you tagged it for notability. The director is either notable or he's not. If he's not, then don't create the article. Also please use ANN's articles not the ANN encyclopedia entries to reference his work. AngusWOOF (bark • sniff) 20:40, 18 March 2016 (UTC)
