Undercarriage layouts edit

A tag has been placed on Undercarriage layouts, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is a very short article providing little or no context to the reader. Please see Wikipedia:Stub for our minimum information standards for short articles. Also please note that articles must be on notable subjects and should provide references to reliable sources that verify their content.

Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself. If you plan to expand the article, you can request that administrators wait a while for you to add contextual material. To do this, affix the template {{hangon}} to the article and state your intention on the article's talk page. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. Image copyright tags edit

Hello. I've just deleted from your talk page a bunch of warnings concerned with the absence of copyright information from a number of undercarriage arrangements. Of course, you did state in your edit summary that you were waiving the copyright for these images but if you do that, please make sure to add to the image the template {{PD-self}} so that this info is clearly visible on the image description page to other users and to robots that periodically tag images lacking a copyright-related template. For now, I've just added these tags for you though I would ask that you double check the info when you return to Wikipedia. Let me know if you have any questions. Cheers, Pascal.Tesson 04:21, 14 November 2007 (UTC)Reply

Intercontinental motorcycle touring edit

Proper categorization of articles is a requirement on Wikipedia, not an option that you're free to ignore or disregard. The {{uncategorized}} tag stays on the article until there's actually a proper content category to replace it; no matter how many times you choose to remove it, it will be readded as many times as it takes. You are not allowed to remove maintenance tags from articles without performing the required maintenance. Bearcat (talk) 19:38, 5 September 2010 (UTC)Reply

Would you please explain why you insist on removing the maintenance tag, without making the necessary improvements, even after I've asked you not to? Bearcat (talk) 07:58, 6 September 2010 (UTC)Reply

File:Road Central Mongolia.jpg missing description details edit

Dear uploader: The media file you uploaded as File:Road Central Mongolia.jpg is missing a description and/or other details on its image description page. If possible, please add this information. This will help other editors to make better use of the image, and it will be more informative for readers.

If the information is not provided, the image may eventually be proposed for deletion, a situation which is not desirable, and which can easily be avoided.

If you have any questions please see Help:Image page. Thank you. Eeekster (talk) 04:49, 13 September 2010 (UTC)Reply

Proposed deletion of List of non-stop air connections from LAX edit

The article List of non-stop air connections from LAX has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Not encyclopedic, wrong information (by including codeshares), incomplete information, information already contained in LAX

While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. The speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. HkCaGu (talk) 04:11, 21 January 2011 (UTC)Reply
