Request reason:
I am the leader of the Federal Republic of Chadistan and only put the page on there for the intent of having a Wikipedia article that I can easily edit if anything happens in the country so it is stored neatly. I don't believe the ban was deserved as other Micronations like Molossia are present here. If anything else is needed to unban me, please let me know.
Decline reason:

I apologize for my actions, is it possible for the ban to be revoked? Can I also have a reason why I was banned in the first place as I'm still unclear.

The reason for the block is described in the block notice above. Wikipedia is not a place for organizations to tell the world about themselves, we are interested in what independent reliable sources say about a topic. Other micronations merit articles because independent sources discuss them. Wikipedia is also not free storage space for you.
